It is an industrial city of Pakistan, situated 225 miles South ,from Islamabad, Capitol of Pakistan. Mainly there is all sorts of textile related Industry. Here we have many huge textile units in public sector as well as we have lots of small units scattered arround the city. The big industry consits of textile Spinning & weaving mills. On the other hand the cottage industry consists of small weaving units having few looms. Mainly we have conventional power looms in this sector but there are lot of small units having 'Cop-Change' Automatic Looms as well as 'Shuttleless' Air-jet and water-jet looms.

Faisalabad is the second revenue generating city of Pakistan. It is the third largest city of pakistan. One can reach here by Air, Train or Road , from any destination. It is also the newest city of Pakistan after Islamabad. There are many Hotels here to stay in, Restaurants and other places to have fun. We have got the largest Agricultural University of Asia here. There is a Medical College and a Textile Engineering College here. Both the institutions are well known and one feels pride to be a student of one.
